Responsibilities:

  • Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Coordinate and log project information with contractors during projects.
  • Ensure technical documentation standards are maintained on all project deliverables.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is returned at the end of a project.
  • Monitor overall technical documentation system health via monthly reports. Identify problem areas and work with team members to correct outages.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with management and provide status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills to both peers and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Especially, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with engineering related types of drawings and documentation.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in Siemens Teamcenter a plus but not required.
