Highly respected, mission-driven company with over 100 years of innovation Perfect opportunity for a seasoned Payroll Administrator looking for long-term stability Great culture - we've placed several people here who absolutely love it Significant benefits, including ESOP Opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative payroll and HR environment Meaningful work supporting an organization impacting global energy resilience Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator Administer, monitor, and review payroll processing for employees across the U.S. Oversee non-exempt payroll cycles and assist when issues arise Serve as the payroll SME, tackling complex payroll, system, and integration challenges Lead initiatives such as new pay group implementations and pay transfer resolutions Act as key liaison with ADP, recommending programming specifications and ensuring system accuracy Partner with vendors (e.g., Vanguard) for compliance and filings Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and improve processes Produce payroll-related reports, ad hoc analyses, and compliance documentation Support HR-driven activities related to compensation and payroll Recommend improvements to payroll processes, controls, and pay policies Qualifications: Payroll Administrator Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) CPP or FPC certification preferred 7+ years of experience as the primary Payroll Administrator for a mid- to large-sized company Deep expertise with ADP Payroll systems and complex payroll administration Experience handling both hourly and salaried workforces Strong compliance knowledge and understanding of payroll regulations Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to coach payroll team members, manage multiple deadlines, and work autonomously Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information Solid accounting skills and ability to support Finance with payroll-related reporting #ZRCFS #LI-LF1 #INDEC2025
