Job Summary:

Supports the work of the accreditation program. Assumes responsibility for processing accreditation report reviews, coordination of the site visits, and maintenance of accreditation program files. Monitors and track issues and concerns to inform accreditation program improvement initiatives and professional education opportunities. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' technical experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
  • Assigns and processes accreditation report reviews. Initiates reviews for completion, and provides final notification to site visitors, academic programs, staff and others as appropriate. Monitor timelines and takes action to maintain timeliness.
  • Provides accurate and appropriate guidance and information regarding accreditation reviews, site visits, and accreditation statuses to academic programs, students and the public. Maintains electronic and hard-copy accreditation program review files for currency and in accordance with records retention policies.
  • Arranges site visits to academic programs. Coordinates schedules with site visitors, programs, and other internal and external agency representatives, as necessary, and assigns site visitors to teams. Prepares materials for site visitors and academic programs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
