We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled IT Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting of systems and process to provide exceptional IT service and Operational support to a large base of clients and internal divisions. You will play a key role in the implementation of IT solutions and ensure operational efficiency in supporting ourgrowing business.

Responsibilities:

Monitor IT systems and Operational processes for performance and availability.

Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and propose/implement effective technology solutions or process enhancements.

Identify and diagnose IT/Operational issues working to resolution or escalation as appropriate.

Maintain and enhance operational procedures to support a large client base effectively.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Document procedures and troubleshoot technical problems.

Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve issues.

Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in an IT or Operations Analyst role.

Strong understanding of operational processes and how they support a large client base.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Experience in Insurance, banking or financial services Operations and/or IT

Experience in technology systems conversions, upgrades or replacement
