Cost Accounting and Analysis \- Implement and manage standard and job cost accounting processes to accurately capture production costs. \- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and expected costs. \- Perform cost rolls for new items and adjust bills of material as necessary. Financial Reporting and Compliance : \- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. \- Manage month-end closing activities, including WIP, inventory, and PPV journal entries. \- Support the preparation and review of budgets, providing comparative analysis and explanations. 3.

Inventory Management : \- Oversee physical inventory counts and cycle count management to maintain accurate inventory records. \- Analyze inventory adjustments, making corrections as needed to ensure data integrity. \- Conduct slow-moving and obsolete inventory reserve analysis, recommending necessary adjustments. 4.
