FIAR Analyst

We are seeking a FIAR Analyst to support JSOC at Ft. Liberty in Fayetteville, NC. This position requires an active Secret security clearance. The FIAR Analyst assists personnel with achieving audit readiness and financial accountability. Under the guidance of senior team members this position assists in evaluating financial systems, processes, and controls to identify areas for improvement and compliance with federal management requirements. The FIAR Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders and internal teams to prepare for financial audits, gather necessary documentation, and address audit findings. They also contribute to financial analysis and reporting efforts, providing insights and recommendations to assist in decision making processes for Army Leadership.

Required Skills:

• Active Secret security clearance
• 3+ years experience in government/military accounting or budgeting
• Experience in Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)
• 1+ year SOF support experience

• Logistics experience
• System Complimentary User Entity Control (CUEC) support experience

• All contractor personnel shall have a minimum of 1-2 years of SOF experience working in a join environment or 5 or more years of Army Major Command FIAR experience. The contractor shall maintain a Top Secret security clearance for security of sensitive key supporting documents and have experience in responding to sample and PBC request for documentation in a SOF environment. All personnel assigned to this contract under a specific labor category shall meet the specific minimum requirements of that category
