BC/BE Internal Medicine We are seeking a dynamic Urgent Care Physician to join our established team in West Covina, California"just 20 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented, and supportive clinical environment focused on growth, learning, and advancement. Position Highlights Diverse practice including urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care In-clinic, inpatient, and outpatient procedures as appropriate to training and experience Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed Strong front and back-office support EMR: NextGen Emphasis on work/life balance in a positive, welcoming atmosphere Full-time permanent position Qualifications BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine Current DOT certification (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience Preferred: Experience in workers compensation (not required) Spanish and/or Armenian language skills (not required) Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $240,000 " $340,000 Medical, dental, pharmacy (100% employer-paid for employees) Vision insurance, FSA, Life insurance, EAP, Behavioral health services 401(k) retirement plan, income protection insurance Zero co-pay for in-network physician office visits CEU/license renewal reimbursement, tuition assistance, employee referral bonuses Paid time off, holidays, sick leave, mileage reimbursement Positive, business-casual work culture If youre passionate about patient care and looking for a fulfilling role with a supportive team, wed love to hear from you.
