Territory Managersfor Millersell high quality, value-added adjuvants and nutritional products to agricultural retailers throughout the region.Theyalso willwork withgrowers touncover needs and enhance crop production throughsolving problems with Miller productsandtoensure a smoothsalesprocess.TheTerritory Managerwill work to find newsalesleads through business directories, client referrals,trade shows,etc., to grow sales for the company. The territory for this position will cover Southern Idaho, Utah, Nevada, & Wyoming. Actively engaged in assigned territory withPCAs, Growers, Distributors and Extensions Selling high quality, value-added adjuvants and nutritional products to agricultural retailers throughout the region Work withgrowers touncover needs and enhance crop production throughsolving problems with Miller productsandtoensure a smoothsalesprocess. Work to find newsalesleads through business directories, client referrals,trade shows,etc., to grow sales for the company. Demonstrates deep understanding of the market in assigned sales territory Makessound agronomic recommendations to customers by presenting products and solutions to maximize customer outcomes RepresentsMiller Chemical as the expert in non-hazardous crop protection products and nutritional agricultural chemicals Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

Bachelor’sdegree in Crop Scienceor similaragricultural,scientific/technicalfield of studypreferred, or equivalent work experience Minimum3-5 years of experience in specialty crops (fruit, nuts and vegetables)sales ordevelopment and marketing support Extensive knowledge of crop production and cultural practices Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to entire territory region Strong knowledge of sales in agricultural specialty products (adjuvants, specialty fertilizer and pesticides) Demonstrated effectivenegotiation skillsresulting in profitable growth Familiarity with CRM softwareand proven ability to use it as an enabling tool to manage and drive sales Exhibitspassion, energy and creativity in thesales andsupport ofMillerproducts and objectives Resultsoriented and takesinitiative, overcomesobstacles,and findscreative solutionsto challenges Demonstratedabilityto effectively communicatetechnical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in group and individual meetings Demonstrated ability toclearly and conciselycommunicate product, market, competitive and customer data Excellent communication skills in English required but bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point a must Our employees are our strongest asset, and their safety, health, and well-being is our highest priority.
