• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow best practices and service management principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, insurance industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in Business Process Consulting.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
