Support cutting-edge industrial projects, work with a strong team and build a career with this leading, nationwide Specialty Contractor. Seeking experience working for "Self-Performing" contractors. Responsibilities Manage industrial mechanical construction projects from start to finish, overseeing field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and compliance with contracts, budgets, safety, and regulations. Coordinate scheduling, construction activities, and project accounting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Monitor profitability and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and internal teams. Lead teams with a focus on ethical practices, safety-first mindset, and supportive communication. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in construction/mechanical engineering, or 5+ years mechanical trade experience/training, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management on industrial projects (e.g., manufacturing in chemical, food/beverage, automotive, agriculture, oil/gas refining, pet nutrition). Strong knowledge of industry regulations, project coordination, budgeting, and leadership. Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to pass background/drug screens.
