ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Accountant performs a range of accounting and financial duties to support the financial functions of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Verifies and posts accounts receivable and accounts payable information
  • Running account receivables
  • Reconciles merchant accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable
  • Performs general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
  • Review and prepare documents to submit for disputes
  • Prepares required reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management and team members
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot table and V Lookup) and QuickBooks online
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or one-year to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PAY RANGE: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

The above-range represents TaxRise's current good-faith pay scale for this role. TaxRise reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
