ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Accountant performs a range of accounting and financial duties to support the financial functions of the company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Verifies and posts accounts receivable and accounts payable information
- Running account receivables
- Reconciles merchant accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Performs general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Review and prepare documents to submit for disputes
- Prepares required reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management and team members
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Acute attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot table and V Lookup) and QuickBooks online
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or one-year to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PAY RANGE: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Salary Description
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
