TheSeniorMarketingCoordinatorinnovativelyleadsoverallsales,communicationandmarketing efforts. He/she, with the team, sets priorities, manages the sales workload, prepares sales reports and provides quality control for all marketing deliverables.

Manage qualification, proposal, and presentation activities to ensure timely delivery of the highest quality deliverables.Manage information management processes and systems, including Cosential CRM oversight and developmentResponsible for the organization of marketing resources, including the proposal files, marketing databases, and other electronic and physical resources that may be availableCoordinate and organize project photography based on approved parameters for schedule and budgetComplete marketing assignments specific to jobsite/company-wide Building Forward effortsProduce and submit industry award submissions, including research, writing, layout and productionReview industry news for information printedabout Robins and Morton as well as our clients and competitorsAssist with marketing budget developmentAssist with marketing plan developmentAssist with communication projects including content development/review, marketing campaigns, press releases and surveysIdentify opportunities for variousindustry awards and recognition, and manage the submission process with the marketing teamProvide support for corporate sales meetings, including generation of projection reportsLead local market community engagement and volunteer opportunities to help grow Robins and Morton's presence in the regional market.

Bachelors degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field.Minimum of trhee years relevant experience.Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentalsThorough knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources filesGood understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and proceduresProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Cosential and other desktop publishing software.Excellent writing skills. Technical writing skills are considered a plus.
