The Opportunity

The landfill coordinator job is responsible for overseeing the daily receiving operations of all waste received into the landfill. Key Job Responsibilities

Create and check accuracy of sales orders based on received waste manifest from the data entry clerk Run Proformas for all sales orders received and release the orders to the billing department Run reports for customers and our internal finance department daily Review scanned manifest for accuracy and upload into SAP Process invoices for both the Brooklawn and Port Allen facilities Track roll-off boxes for accurate billing back to the customers Maintain and certify time and attendance for one employee Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience entering large amounts of data Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP’s, and training modules, are required DOT knowledge SAP experience a plus Why Tradebe is Right for You
