Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. - Set up dishwasher & record temp of machine wash and rinse.
- Wash all dishes & pots during meal periods & restock.
- Keep kitchen area clean.Remove all trash as needed.
- Sweep as needed in the kitchen.
- Clean up all spills as needed while keeping cleaning supplies in a neat and orderly manner
- Transport dirty oil to container when needed.
- Keep Ice Machine wiped down.
- Keep stations stocked with bowls and plates.
- Transport garbage to dumpsters daily
- Fill every station's sanitizing bucket before each shift.
- At the end of shift, refer to daily, weekly & restocking schedule and assist others as needed.
