Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’agence, vous aurez en charge le développement d'un portefeuille d'affaires de A à Z : - Prise de mandats -Gestion d'un fichier acquéreurs/propriétaires -Conseil auprès de la clientèle -Négociation jusqu'à la signature de l'acte Notre nouvelle agence situé 54 boulevard de la République (92064) ouvrira sur le premier trimestre 2024 et couvrira les secteurs suivants: Saint-Cloud, Garches, Vaucresson, Marnes-la-Coquette et Ville d'Avray. Nous recherchons des négociateurs immobiliers pour accompagner l'ouverture et le développement de cette nouvelle agence. Profil du candidat :

Vous avez un bon sens relationnel, vous êtes dynamique, réactif(ve), motivé(e), curieux, ayant une bonne présentation et une bonne culture générale. Vous avez le goût de la compétition et l'esprit d'équipe. Une expérience significative dans une fonction commerciale et/ou immobilière de préférence. Statut et avantages :

La promotion interne est privilégiée pour la direction des nouvelles agences : 73% des postes de direction sont exercés par d’anciens négociateurs de Junot.
