Senior Device Engineer - Power Module Semiconductor

Responsibilities:
Design and validate power devices for HV applications in power conversion.
Evaluate the electrical/thermal performance and reliability of power devices
Execute assignments involving the creation, fabrication, and comprehensive characterization of power devices, providing detailed documentation and technical reports.
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge high-voltage power devices and analog/mixed signal process technologies within a fabless environment.
Characterize high-voltage power devices, low and medium voltage MOSFETs, bipolars, and other analog components using both automated and manual testing methodologies.
Utilize statistical data analysis tools to analyze characterization data.
Conduct device and process simulations, contribute to device layout as part of new technology development.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) Degree in Electrical Engineering, with 10+ years of practical experience, or an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Solid understanding of semiconductor physics.
Hands-on experience with high-voltage wide-bandgap technologies, specifically in GaN and SiC power device design, fabrication, and qualification.
Demonstrated track record of independently designing and transitioning high-voltage semiconductor power switching devices into volume fabrication.
Proficiency with TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) tools and familiarity with CADENCE layout and simulation tools.
Practical experience with high voltage testing and data acquisition systems.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
