Position summary:

The Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator is responsible for entering information into the Release Program, completing master bill of lading and ASN tracking sheets, send advanced shipping notices to all customers, post daily shipments into new release accounting and MAPICS, create manage, and delete order or pick lists, manage customer call-ins and order shipping department materials and supplies. In addition, they will monitor and maintain accurate inventories in both finished goods and store locations.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Record start and stop of jobs in Ulti Pro.
  2. Stretch per guidelines prior to start up.
  3. Enter information from in/out scanning program into Release Program.
    1. Upload scanned out pick list into new release accounting.
    2. Input information from pick list into Shipper Maintenance and verify the following:
      1. Net and tare weight.
      2. Number of skids and/or loose cartons.
  • Insert or delete returnable container number, where appropriate.
  1. Input pick list annotations into Shipper Maintenance.
  2. Verify that information pertaining to Chrysler locations is located in F-1 ASN.
  3. Make changes to the pick list through shipper maintenance.
  4. Enter bill numbers in the appropriate area.
  5. Complete carrier bills.
  6. Adhere to the comments section of the pick list for special requests.
  1. Complete master bill of lading tracking sheet.
  2. Complete the ASN tracking sheet.
  3. Send advanced shipping notices to all customers.
    1. Send prepared bills of lading.
