Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support across key HR functions. This includes managing recruitment efforts, employee relations, safety incident investigations, compensation and benefits, and employee record management. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires, utilizing platforms such as iHire and iSolved. Collaborating closely with department managers, you will develop effective staffing strategies designed to attract diverse and qualified talent.

In addition, you will handle safety incident investigations, ensuring compliance and resolution of safety concerns to maintain a secure work environment. Your role will be crucial in driving HR compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in an HR role is required.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
