Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Gorilla Logic is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join us in building out the capabilities and coverage necessary to ensure correct behavior in an evolving system, while providing a faster feedback loop for our client´s engineering teams. Responsibilities *Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software products.*Implement end-to-end testing frameworks using tools such as Pytest and Locust, ensuring thorough coverage of critical workflows.*Conduct load testing to assess system scalability and performance under various conditions, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test strategies aligned with business objectives.*Enhance observability by implementing monitoring solutions using Grafana/Chronosphere and Prometheus, enabling proactive identification and resolution of issues.*Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in product quality and performance.*Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Technical Requirements *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.*Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing methodologies.*Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Pytest and load testing tools such as Locust.*Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana/Chronosphere and Prometheus.*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.*Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.*Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
