COMPENSATION: $70K - $90k/year DOE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex issues; detail oriented
  • Collect, interpret and analyze data from the TMS/e2open related to logistics including transport and delivery
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain
  • Work closely with Operations to deliver cost savings and/or service improvements.
  • Assist with the monthly/annual reporting deliverables as well as the development of new management/financial reports
  • Support multiple Supply Chain functions including Transportation and Purchasing in accurate and timely reporting of KPIs
  • Proactively identify trends, gaps and industry shifts
  • Use analytic methods and tools within the TMS/e2open to improve internal processes
  • Evaluate inventory transactions within receiving, shipping and warehouse
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain preferred
  • Five year minimum combined experience in business analytics
  • Extensive analytical and problem solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics and distribution, including the TMS/e2open platform
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach to data analysis
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Record of developing and implementing new processes in a cross functional environment
  • Successful cross functional leadership and ability to effectively interact with senior leadership
  • Proficient MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office Suite products
