Position Summary: The Central Strategy Partner is a central team support role assigned to a group of teams to provide strategic planning and resource use support to team leaders across all sources of funding. The Central Strategy Partner is the main point of contact to team leaders, cabinet members, and cross-functional network teams for school-level planning, resource use, implementation, andcontinuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Education: • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in education, public administration, publicpolicy, data analytics, economics, business, management science, operations research,or a closely related field • Master’s degree in above fields or Ed.D. (preferred) Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. (preferred) • Working knowledge of Munis • Knowledge of financial processes in educational settings Experience: • Four (4) years of school operations, school strategy, school administrative, Federalprograms, and/or business experience • Strong financial acumen preferably in the school context, such as School ActivityFunds, general and bond dollars, federal programs, understanding impact ofenrollment, attendance and per pupil expenditures • Experience with different instructional models and/or school site master scheduling highlydesired Specific Training/Skills: • Strong analytical skills that inform problem-solving and decision-making capacity • Demonstrated customer service skills, leadership ability, and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Drive Start Your Application
