Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Individual contributor responsible for the new store program across a designated territory.

Responsibilities include: collaborating with internal stakeholders and consultants across design, engineering, finance, real estate brokers, and legal; strategic market analysis; conducting site searches; evaluating sites for development potential; managing deal negotiations and due diligence; contract documentation oversight; preparing for and presenting at various internal meetings, including operations meetings, Executive Committee, and closings; managing projects through to grand opening.
