Client Service Specialist We're looking for an experienced Client Service Specialist to join a boutique wealth management firm. This is primarily a back-office role with some client interaction via email and phone, focused on delivering exceptional service and operational support. You'll manage client requests, collaborate with advisors, and help streamline processes to enhance the overall client experience. Key responsibilities: Handle client service requests (account openings, transfers, ACH, RMDs, stock donations) Communicate with clients and custodians to resolve operational issues Prepare reports and assist with quarterly client reporting Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems (Salesforce, Orion) Support meeting preparation and contribute to process improvements Benefits & perks: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match after 6 months Three weeks paid vacation plus separate sick days What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in a relevant role Prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory (required) Strong understanding of financial operations (e.g., ACAT, ACH, RMD) Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience working with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing); familiarity with Orion is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Apply today and send your resume via LinkedIn to JC del Rosario let's explore if this opportunity is the right next step for your career.
