We are seeking a full time Inpatient PM&R Physician/Program Director interested in building a practice and growing with the Naples, FL community. High income potential in a beautiful area of Florida. PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION * Expected patient load 15-20 patients * PM&R Consulting * 1:4 call rotation * Option to consult at local acute care hospitals * Effective Marketing teams based at acute care hospitals WHERE YOU WILL PRACTICE - NAPLES FLORIDA Naples is a city on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida that s known for high-end shopping and golf courses. The Naples Pier, first erected in 1888, is the city s symbol, and is a popular fishing and dolphin-spotting destination. It s flanked by miles of beaches with calm waters and fine white sugar sand. PRACTICE MODEL PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients. The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
