Job Summary:We are seeking an experience CNC Machinist who has the ability to work from a part drawing to produce a quality finished product.Responsibilities:• Operate conventional milling and turning machine tools• Set up and run production on CNC machines while managing tool conditions• Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring• Adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment when needed• Document inspection results in SPC data collection workbook• Maintain cleanliness (5S) of work area dailyBasic Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical Certification or Apprenticeship preferred• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in manual machining and methodizing• Ability to problem solve• Ability to perform varied and complex tasks• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.What we OfferAt Ingersoll Rand, we embrace a culture of personal ownership - taking responsibility for our company, our communities, and our environment, as well as our individual health and well-being.
