Bus Driver Substitute

Description

POSITION:

Substitute Transporter Position -

LOCATION OF WORK:

Multiple routes available, throughout Charlevoix and Emmet County

CERTIFICATION:

Meet State requirements for licensing, physical exam required (including diabetes questionnaire if applicable), approved driving record of less than 7 points

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Capable of lifting adaptive equipment (25-35 lbs)

•Meet the requirements of MI. Essential Ins. Act. For standard automobile insurance

•Demonstrate responsibility, dependability, efficiency, and the ability to work with others

•Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of handheld tablet

•Demonstrate the ability to keep all information regarding a student and family confidential

•Attend two in-service sessions per master agreement

REPORTS TO:

Transportation Coordinator

DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Monday thru Friday

HOURS OF WORK:

Approximately 5-6 hours per day Monday thru Friday

SALARY/FRINGES:

Hourly
