Ciscos Enterprise Networking & Cloud (EN&C) business is the largest business in the company, comprised of Ciscos networking businesses, server business, cloud products, IoT, and Meraki businesses. You will work with multi-functional teams across business units, partner and sales organizations, and operations development and support.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a Licensing Product Manager that possess a broad understanding of licensing for technology products and will also be able to update leadership and senior executives across multiple functions. Works effectively in complex and matrixed organizations. Data driven, system savvy, intellectually curious, a fast learner, detail oriented, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision. You can think strategically and operationally - define outcomes and be able to influence team members to get results. You are always focused on doing what's right for the business. To sum it up, a self-starter who can tactically implement, while critically think through strategic issues. Reporting into Sr. Director of Licensing & Strategic Programs.
What Youll Do:
* Drive transformation and excellence of licensing and ease-of-doing business with customers and partners (including account teams and PAMs)
* Own critical assignments for Enterprise, Industrial ENT, Data Center product licensing, which will include being a leader to align product management teams (who normally act separately).
* Own stitching the licensing & product experience needs of our customers, this includes developing and maintaining relations across the various stakeholders.
* Customer driven. Capable of driving customer feedback listening sessions, and socialization of customer/partner profiles with stakeholders.
* Share critical feedback from partners and customers with internal collaborators and drive discussions about how the feedback may need to advise changes in current designs and systems.
* Develop metrics, achievements, structured programs, and procedures to ensure successful day-to-day execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years proven experience within product management of Licensing, Customer Relations, Consulting, Operations, Project/Product management, or Strategy roles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Consistent track record of working strategically while managing day to day responsibilities of the role
* Willing to tackle the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business.
* Possesses business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting information to senior leadership and external stakeholders
