The main office is located in Nicholasville, KY.GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONContract Community Services ClinicianApplicant's primary responsibility is to provide therapeutic, clinical behavioral health services to youth and their families. Applicants must be willing to participate in a multidisciplinary team approach with community partners, and be willing to travel within the identified service areas.Contracted rate per hour: $45 per billable hourA contract worker receives a 1099 at year-end, not a W-2. A contract worker is not an employee of the agency, so the agency does not withhold any taxes or deductions of any kind. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIESApplicants are expected to provide services including, but not limited to: crisis intervention/risk assessment; treatment planning; education; intensive out-patient services; individual, family, group and collateral therapy and referral.Applicants are to provide supervision and care under the directives of an individualized comprehensive treatment plan in compliance with all applicable directives.Applicants are responsible for maintaining current knowledge of discipline-specific requirements of corresponding licensing boardApplicants are expected to ensure appropriate and timely renewal of licensure and certification.Applicants must maintain eligibility for independent licensure, as applicable.MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESApplicants need to acknowledge that caseloads may include diverse populations with a variety of clinical needs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOBEducation:Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social WorkMust possess a current Professional License as required by Kentucky professional boards (LPCC, LCADC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience in related field of licensureOther:Effective communication skillsStrong interpersonal and engagement skillsDemonstrates professional maturity and respect for othersAbility to support the agency's mission and philosophy, and demonstrate respect for cultural diversity and team-centric harmonyKEY COMPETENCIESStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong clinical documentation knowledge and skillsStrong computer skills (experience using EMR system preferred)JOB SPECIFICATIONSValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insuranceMust submit to required background checks and pre-contract drug screeningProvide and maintain professional liability insurance
