Description:To help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Assist store management in daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise. Knowledge of baby and children's clothing/brands, toys and equipment is a plus. Help us offer stylish and affordable recycled clothing, toys and equipment while protecting the environment in the process. Speaking Polish or Spanish a plus.Requirements:Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. No prior experience is required but some retail experience is preferred. Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available weekends. Speaking Polish or Spanish and/or daytime availability a plus.
