We are growing and seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join our leadership team and support our commitment to exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Position Summary The Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, lead the medical team, and ensure seamless patient flow throughout pre-op, surgery, and post-op care. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong clinical judgment, aesthetic industry experience, and a passion for delivering a premium patient experience. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support nursing staff, surgical techs, and medical assistants * Coordinate surgical schedules, staff assignments, and patient care protocols * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (QUAD A, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) * Maintain inventory and oversee ordering of medical supplies and medications * Participate in pre-operative assessments and post-operative care coordination * Collaborate with the medical director and administrative team on policies and quality initiatives * Lead training, education, and performance evaluations for clinical staff * Serve as a point of contact for complex patient concerns or complications Qualifications * Active RN license in the state of Florida * BLS/ACLS certifications * Minimum 3 years of nursing with OR circulating experience; plastic surgery experience strongly preferred * Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a medical setting * Knowledge of sterile technique, OR procedures, and post-operative care * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Professional, polished demeanor with strong patient-service orientation Why Join Us * Work in a modern, high-end surgical practice * Supportive team culture that values professionalism, growth, and work-life balance * Competitive salary * Paid time off, health benefits, and staff discounts on aesthetic services * Opportunity to grow with an innovative, patient-focused team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $72,000.00 - $81,548.92 per yearApplication Question(s): * We are a niche speciality.
