Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Sign Enterprise. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, giving presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role is based in Fredericksburg, VA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, presentation, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience in the sign industry or a similar field is preferred (construction, equipment, B2B sales, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace Programs and Applications
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience or proven record of sales preferred, but the right determined person could be a great candidate
