Deploying and coaching Lean practices, 5S, Kaizen, AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and Kellogg Work Systems tools across all levels of the organization to deliver business results. Empower Teams - Identifying process inefficiencies and leading activities using cross-functional resources to deliver business results.
