Description

Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities/Warehouse Manager a Warehouse Clerk is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping details, include unloading orders, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels, delivering parcels to proper department or individual, picking up parcels from USPS and mailbox, may be required to pick up products.

Qualifications:
  • High School or equivalent
  • Certification from a college or technical school in supply chain management preferred
  • 2 years of warehouse work
  • Class II Gaming License.
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
Essential Job Duties
  • Ensures complete guest satisfaction AND treats guests in friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ensures that Quality Standards and Service are maintained for Property, Product, and People.
  • Supports established policies and procedures.
  • Track labor, parts, and equipment history in CMMS.
  • Maintain a written log of any highlights occurring during shift coverage.
  • Maintain flexibility regarding schedule due to changing business needs.
  • Must be able to perform tasks timely and independently in "sensitive areas" (in line with Internal control requirements) including but not limited to Cash Cage, Surveillance, I.T. Server Rooms, Table Games Pit and Electrical Rooms.
  • Prepares orders for delivery.
  • Complete deliveries by driving to and from vendors.
  • Prepare items for return.
  • Stock specified items.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the receiving areas and warehouse spaces.
  • Report discrepancies in deliveries.
  • Complete daily receiving logs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language Skill:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, electrical schematics, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Must have strong trouble shooting ability and capable of following direction.

    • Confined space
    • SDS
    • Asbestos and lead identification
    • Ladder safety

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trades.
  • Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical and other environmental hazards.
Work Environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to tobacco fumes.
  • The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration.

Requirements
