Collaborate with management and operational teams to understand and document business needs and objectives.
Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
Develop detailed business plans to drive change.
Assist in the design or modification of business systems.
Interact with the application development, project management, and customer service department in the process of developing and implementing solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, making adjustments as needed.
Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to provide updates and findings.
Develop and update project plans, deliverables, and objectives.
Conduct market analyses to keep abreast of changing business and industry trends.
Train and guide staff on new processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of business structure, IT systems, and software development processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
