Responsible for all preparation, production, and cleaning of the kitchen and its equipment while upholding our standard of Outrageous guest service. Purple Cow cooks should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment. **Key Areas of Responsibility:**
* Maintain established company procedures for the kitchen, and personal behavior.
* Proper preparation and assembly of product in a consistent and timely manner.
* Communication with the manager on production, inventory, and resource issues.
* Provide a clean environment for production, while adhering to Health Code Standards.
* Complete special tasks when assigned.
* Stocking of job related items

**Qualifications**
* Strong sense of guest service and urgency.

The Purple Cow is a 50s-style, full-service diner delighting customers with gourmet burgers, specialty sandwiches, delicious entre salads and old-fashioned soda fountain treats.
