Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned, and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. We have 24 locations throughout East Tennessee and we serve more than 230,000 Members. The Credit Union helps Members grow financially by offering a variety of accounts including: checking, savings and investments. **Pay:** Starting Range is $16.50 - $18.50, depending on work experience

**Location:** This position is located at our Centerpoint Operations Center.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Stay current with OLB ticket system. Add and update tickets as needed.

Work directly with the OLB vendors support team.

Work directly with all of the third party vendors when necessary.

Know who to contact regarding OLB issues and when to escalate issues.

Report known problems, potential problems, or difficulties getting issues resolved to the Online Banking Specialist II and/or managers.

Be proficient in testing new versions offered by the OLB vendor.

Provide communication support for OLB, Bill Pay, E-mail, P2P, Mobile Deposit, Bill Matrix, E-Statements, and Message Board by answering phones, IMs, and correspondence.

Assist with ACH, Share Draft, and other Automated Services duties requiring assistance.

Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance)

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively with others.

All other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

High school diploma or equivalent of required. Related experience in online channels and member service.
