What We Are Looking For

SALES COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support for Company's National Account Broker and WEB-Site SEO programs, coordinating New Business development as well as services required by clients and Sales teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Daily monitoring of all emails and requests for new business and services as it relates to our National Account - Broker and SEO Programs
•Review all bid and proposal requests and disseminate throughout the company Sales footprint for services
•Create total encompassing excel spread sheets to combine multiple hauling company locations to broker responses timely and effectively
•Professionally represent the company with professionally prepared email, reports, responses, and coordination
•Research Brokers and customer SEO requests and propose appropriate products and services while consistently maintaining the integrity of the brand through professional interactions
•Develop trusted Broker relationships by anticipating needs and providing solutions and guidance in relation to business opportunities
•Collaborate with internal staff to develop proposals and other presentation materials as needed for assigned campaigns and projects
•Follow up on proposals submitted for award and timing
•Participate in ongoing training courses/programs, networking events, and regional conferences to stay atop industry trends and the most up to date information
•Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•3 years of Customer Service and Sales Administrative experience
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
•Strong problem solving, follow up, organization and coordination skills
•Strong communication and analytical skills
•Proficiency in English / Spanish is a plus
•Solid project management skills
•Data entry, keyboard skills and use of a 10-key calculator are required
•Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a self-motivating environment
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
•Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Comfortable interacting with customers daily
•Collaborate with others effectively encouraging team support

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
•Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating
office equipment

EDUCATION
•High School or equivalent required
