JOB PURPOSE:The HRIS Specialist will manage, develop and define the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system requirements while staying ahead of system capability options while the organization continues to grow.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the setup and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure data integrity of employee/organizational dataPartner with internal customers to develop new processes within the HRIS system to better manage the companies changing needsLead implementations of new modules for the existing HRIS system and/or lead implementation of new HRIS system, if applicableCreate and run reports based on workforce analyticsMonitor HRIS for system performance and identify processes that may need improvementEnsure the HRIS system reports are properly displaying report dataAssist employees with HRIS questions and seek resolutions quicklyCreate or update appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed; assist with training users on updated system functionalityManage the implementation of new third party related systems (HR supported systems)Perform regular trouble shooting and testing of applicable HR Systems and provide relevant and timely feedbackDevelop Human Resources content for the online training system as neededManage special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge and SkillsPrior experience with an HRIS database is requiredPrior experience with writing standard and advanced reportsPrior experience using video editing software preferredBasic coding knowledge preferredAdvanced MS Excel skillset is requiredRequires effective oral and written communication skillsMust be detailed orientedExcellent interpersonal skills and computer literacyAbility to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalismAbility to maintain composure in stressful situationsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionEducation and Work ExperienceAssociates or bachelors degree with coursework focusing on Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or Data Analytics with 2+ years of experience managing an HRIS system ORAny appropriate combination of education and experienceCeridian Dayforce experience is preferred; comparable HRIS system experience is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
