*Are you a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity? Nexus Wound Consultants, a rapidly growing mobile wound care company, is seeking skilled professionals to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes across multiple states.*
*About Us:*
* We specialize in providing advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
* Currently operating in 11 states with plans to expand nationwide, we currently care for approximately 600 patients.
* Our innovative approach includes the use of biologic patches and Ultramist technology for effective, painless wound treatment.
*Position Details:*
* *Role:* Nurse Practitioner (APRN) W2
* *Commitment:* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* *Patient Load:* Full-time max census is 30-35 patients (7-9 per day).
* *Compensation:* $185,000/year base salary, regardless of patient load (provider must be available during all listed availability)
* *Sign-on bonus: *$12,500 Paid out quarterly
* *Note:* $50/hour for pre-patient training. (Above Compensation starts the first day you see your first patient).

* Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of your assigned location.
* Valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner license.
* Commitment to providing high-quality wound care.
* Willingness to travel for initial training and ongoing education.
