Schedule: Full-time: Monday- Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

Join our property management team as an Executive Assistant, where youll provide crucial administrative support, maintain accurate records, and manage communication with vendors and residents. Prior experience in property management is essential, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Management department and supervisors.
  • Input and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage communication with vendors and residents, addressing inquiries and coordinating services.
  • On-site property visits, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel between properties as required.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
