**Entry level role with no production or manufacturing experience required****Job Description**Join our team in the vital role of packaging where you will be responsible for working on a food packaging production line. Your tasks will include weighing out food for each serving, packaging it into dishes, and ensuring each dish is filled with the correct type of food for the day, including various meats, pastas, rice, and vegetables. This role requires standing for the entire shift and performing the same duties repetitively.**Soft Skills**+ Attention to Detail+ Stamina+ Ability to Follow Instructions**Job Type**This is a permanent position.**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Fairmont, Minnesota.**Work Environment**The work setting is a food production environment maintained at 52-53 degrees, with the Weigh Pack/Cold Room at 34 degrees. Adherence to dress code is mandatory, including wearing a hair net, smock/lab coat, and a beard cover if applicable.
