Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.About TheR SummaryUnder the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, the primary focus of thisrole is to analyze, design, develop, and implement automation solutionsbased on Workflow/Automation Software such as JHA Enterprise Workflow. Thefunctions in this role include Project Management tasks including ProcessImprovement and Business Analyses skills to assist with the Key deliverablesfor the team that include Workflow Development, Deployment, Maintenance,Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and End User support and training.Using fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures, the goal of thisposition is to build efficiencies in business processes. The EnterpriseWorkflow System Administrator must effectively communicate with the team,clients, and stakeholders in gathering requirements, designing,coding, and implementing the solution from inception through maintenance ofthe project. Participates in in-depth dialogues, conversations andexplanations that can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/oradvising oThis is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bankdivision location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT,NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $27.91 + /per hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT).All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into considerationmultiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years ofexperience, and educational background.DescriptionUnder the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, develops business processefficiencies utilizing Automation Workflow systems. Key deliverables includeengineering, building, testing, and troubleshooting workflow definitionswhile working close with the GBCI business units. Plans and manages all systemadministration activity within Workflow systems including program expansion,periodic system updates, workflow publishing and maintenance as well asdocumenting published workflows. This process includes conducting discoverycalls with both corporate and division staff to outline the business processfor new potential workflow solutions. Provides updates to existing workflowdefinitions based on end user requests, as well as ensuring workflowdefinitions meet strict compliance requirements.Responsible for developing strong relationships with users and managers, atall levels and across enterprise. Coordinates with user groups and fostersdialog and decision making across enterprise. Supports, develops, andmaintains Job Aids and Procedures covering the handling and use of allworkflow and assets to ensure integrated operations and compliance.Responsible for maintaining a current content systems and workflow trainingcurriculum and delivery model to onboard new users, improve skill sets ofcurrent users, and manage upgrades. Once workflow is published, developjob aids and training materials to assist staff in completing workflow tasksaccording to outlined procedures.Maintains and works with IT resources on the JHA Enterprise Workflow solutionby maintaining stability and version updates and compatibility and performingthe needed System Administration functions. These can include user or groupcreation and configuration, monitoring workflow performance, and reportingissues to the IT leads.Stays current on assigned reading and training to develop a d maintainknowledge of ECM legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Assists in thedevelopment and maintenance of procedures to ensure adherence with companypolicy and regulatory requirements.Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable lawsand regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, thePatriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
