Summary
CHS
has an exciting opportunity in our Lubricants group. We are looking for a
Lubricants Operations Analyst
to lead all operational aspects for and optimize CHS systems. You must be customer focused with excellent communication skills, analysis, project management, and change management skills. Must have the ability to influence internal customers, build relationships, and lead change efforts.
Responsibilities
Analyze data, both current and historical to benefit daily, monthly, fiscal year-end, and performance metrics necessary to be successful as a lubricant team.
Develop annual volume budget data, tools and analysis for senior leadership and other sales leaders.
Create product reporting and scorecard/goal progress with sales, marketing and production teams utilizing Power BI platform
Generate regular & ad hoc data requests for senior leadership, operations and sales teams.
Support Operations leadership in managing core systems and operations processing activities (Branded and Private Label pricing.). Partner with IT and other CHS business areas on systems improvements or troubleshooting issues.
Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
