Hiring Now: Home Health Aides (HHAs) Long Hour Shifts Available Location: Arlington Shift Type: 10 hour shifts available (Sun to Wed 10am to 8pm) About the Role Are you a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for longer, stable shifts? We are actively hiring compassionate and dependable HHAs to support clients who need extended care in the comfort of their homes. Who We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level Dependable transportation to reach client locations Willingness to follow health and safety standards Available Shifts 10 hours day shifts Weekend and weekday availability needed Your Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and monitor safety Help with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition Requirements Valid HHA certification (Massachusetts or applicable state) Previous home care or facility experience preferred Must be comfortable with long shifts and in-home settings Reliable, professional, and compassionate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background screening Why Choose Guardian Angel?
