Position Overview:
As a Private Equity FP&A Analyst you will play a crucial role in fund-level financial planning and analysis, due diligence processes, and internal collaboration with portfolio companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills and contribute to the strategic financial management of both the fund and its portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Fund-Level Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support fund-level decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models for fund performance evaluation.

Due Diligence:
Lead financial due diligence processes for potential investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Assess financial risks, market trends, and operational performance of potential investments.

Portfolio Company Collaboration:
Work closely with portfolio companies on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze and report on the financial performance of portfolio investments.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Prepare and analyze fund and portfolio financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Operational Optimization:
Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the fund and portfolio companies.
Provide financial insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Investor Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
Address inquiries and provide financial information related to fund and portfolio performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of financial planning into overall fund operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2+ of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in private equity or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Knowledge of investment analysis, due diligence, and fund-level financial operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
