We are dedicated to achieving excellence in our projects and processes, To continue our trajectory of success, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager/Director of Project Management to lead our project management team. Position Overview The Sr. Manager/Director of Project Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our project management processes. This key leadership position will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of project managers while driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives and projects. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze data for operations/business initiatives Project management for selected projects Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity , introduce automation opportunities Test business processes and recommend improvements Convert roadmap features into smaller requirements Write clear and well-structured requirements and documentation Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand workflow Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders Develop and maintain reporting tools Perform discovery and scoping of assigned projects Write SOPs to document process and workflow changes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a project manager and leader, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects is preferred. Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Technical competency and passion for using advanced technology to support business growth and transformation Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines and deliverables Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience Previous leadership experience in a similar role is preferred, other candidates with advanced education and some practical experience will be considered. Strong emphasis on finding a candidate who is highly motivated and driven to achieve results. Previous Hospitality experience is a plus.
