The

Procurement Coordinator

has an essential role for our C&I business unit. This function is critical to the day-to-day management of our projects, including but not limited to material procurement, tracking, returns, transactions, and warranty support. It requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as clear and proactive communication skills, both with internal team members, as well as external vendors. All members of our team are expected to work together in a positive, respectful and professional manner.

This role is a hybrid role with an in-office minimum of 3-days each week while working remote the remaining 2-days each week.
Performing a high volume of transactions within our ERP Software i.e. receiving material, issuing material, moving inventory within the system.
Working with accounting to ensure all transactions and invoices are correct within the ERP and help them to solve any discrepancies.
Financial accounting of purchase orders.
Submitting purchase orders to vendors.
Ensuring project pricing issued to vendors on purchases is aligned accurately with discounts awarded to SitelogIQ for special programs.
Working with Data team to maintain accurate catalog and pricing for preferred products with support from management.
Calling vendors to resolve issues surrounding purchase orders.
Obtaining tracking and estimated shipping dates on purchase orders and updating visibility of tracking to all.
Verifying materials will arrive in time to meet critical deadlines for upcoming projects.
Supporting Project Managers with timely updates.
Warranty support and management of claims.
Handling RMA return request from inception to receiving credit.
Any and all ad hoc reporting, requests or other tasks deemed necessary.
Procurement Coordinator Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Excel experience a must.
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, under time sensitive deadlines.
Enthusiastic self-starter.
Procurement or accounting experience is preferred.
