Primary Care Physician Assistant Family Medicine Location: Virginia Beach, VA Practice: Blackwood Family Medicine Schedule: Full-time About Blackwood Family Medicine Blackwood Family Medicine is a well-established primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families. We emphasize comprehensive and preventive care, ensuring our patients receive the best medical attention for both acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum primary care services for patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits. Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records. Qualifications Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Active Virginia PA license or willingness to obtain. Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a primary care setting preferred Open to strong new graduates from stellar programs Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative patient care.
