Key Responsibilities : Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy. Develop, implement, maintain, and review internal financial controls and procedures. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Prepare and present reports to partners on all financial figures. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for all departments. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper accounting of revenues, expenses, and inventory. Leverage advanced Excel skills to create comprehensive financial models and reports. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Qualifications : Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience. Experience in the hospitality industry or construction is a plus but not required. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas) required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
