We work with your availabilityResponsibilities:Listen to and identify customer needs, offering additional products and services to enhance their travel experience.Engage customers without reservations to increase market share.Guide customers through the rental process, offering solutions and creating a memorable experience.Assist with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and addressing any concerns.Sell additional products, contributing to your financial success through commissions and incentives.Requirements:Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (guaranteed 2 consecutive days off in a 7-day period).Willingness to cover shifts for colleagues on vacation or PTO.High School Diploma or GED.Valid and insurable Driver's License.Effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills.Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).Professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions.Proven sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.Punctuality.Join Our FamilyAt Bob's Rentals, we treat our employees with the same respect and care as our customers.
